I wanted to size some of the Lee Bator 22 cal boolits this evening and the only top punch I had in 22 cal was the Lyman 438 which left a mark on the diameter of the boolit. I contemplated using some JB Weld in the cavity but then on a whim fitted a 22 cal gas check over the top punch. I tapped it on with a small hammer, installed it in the sizer, dropped in a Bator and was rewarded with a great fitting top punch.
