...on this item, I would not be advertising it to you 'vultures'.
But here's an electric pot you may have a use for.

If the ID is 6.25" (as the seller states) and if the depth is (say) 5 inches, it will hold over sixty pounds.
Unfortunately, it's dimensions make it too bulky for the large Flat Rate Box.

The power cord looks like a logical upgrade of the original connection, and if it had an external thermostat I would be interested, myself.
(I assume it has an internal one, otherwise it would burn itself up.)

Could be a perfect pot for a PID control....and ladle casting.

M.C., Thats not a Vulture you see, it's an Eagle. Listing states "no temperature controll". Probably has an internal bi-metal Thermostat preset for solder Temp.

Just to follow up...

I was deleting links to bygone sales, and was reminded of this one...so I looked at it to see what happened with it.

Considering the ~70 pound capacity of this pot, $32 seems like an excellent bargain, to me. Almost makes me wish I had stayed around to bid.
I hope one of 'our guys' got it...

Don't believe those who claim there are no longer any 'good deals' to be found on eBay.
