Does anyone have an RCBS manual they can give me the data for the 145gr sillywet boolit in the 7-30 waters and 7mm-08?

i also have the rcbs 145 gr 7mm bullet but dont load it in the 7x30 , i have a 7 tcu and a 7 ihsma however i do have reloading data for the 7x30 with a lyman 135 gr bullet #287346.

max charges are between 1961 fps to 2161 in the same order as the powder from a 14 inch contender

I have used this boolit in both 7x30 waters (21" contender) and 7-08 (24" Encore). Mostly for "plinking". Cast from range lead, sized 285 with Fed 210 and 16gr 2400 works in both and shoots one hole 5 shot groups at 50yrds out of either one. I haven't tried to push it harder yet.
