I have a small sample of bullets I want to try lubing with NRA 50/50. I had been tumble lubing w/o success, so I want to see if NRA 50/50 solves the problem. My question is, does anyone have a way to lube a small sample of bullets? I don't have a lubrisizer. I have a single stick of NRA 50/50. Would pan lubing w/a very small pan be simplest?

Just use your fingers.

Right, use your fingers, and you'll probably have some extra on the boolit. Pass it through the sizer, and it will remove the excess.

Not fun to do too many this way, but not too bad for a handfull.

If with alox, fingers.

If you have a handfull, I roll them around in my hand. 50/50 lube is going to be sticky as heck.
It is a fine lube but incredibly sticky and gets on everything.

Went to BAC from Larsens.

You can stand 10-20 inside any jar lid. Melt the lube in the micorwave & pour it in. WHen the lube hardens, you can use a piece of alum or brass rod slightly larger than the bullet as a cutter. A 4" pice is about right, sharpen one end & just poke them out. If the lube is stiff enough, you can ref, & just poke them out of the ring of lube.
