I need to find out what the min. and max. load data is for a 147gn LFP bullet is for Titegroup and for Universal Clays. I looked in Hogdon's and they only give data for a 147gn jacketed hollowpoint. they say 3.0 to 3.3 for universal for Jacketed.

oops!!! 9mm sorry folks

I will take a guess that you want 9mm data. Lyman's 48th edition for mold #356637, 147gr flat point is: Titegroup Min--- 2.5 gr----870fps Max---2.8----943fps
Universal Min---3.0---875fps Max---3.4---969fps

I feel that you can usually use the same data for lead boolits as for jacketed bullets if they are the same weight and same type of bullet ( flat pt., round nose, truncated cone, etc). That is you can load lead boolits to published jacketed bullet data safely, I am not sure the other way around.

1911fan,

What is your OAL on your 9mm 147gr. LFP?

What pistol are you shooting using the 9mm 147gr LFP in?

I have some great load data for the 9mm 147gr LFP bullet, using Titegroup and WSF.
