Rough Lee six cavity

I got three Lee six cavity molds two look great one 429-240-2R looks like the cavity's were cut with a chain saw! I emailed Lee they will exchange it apologized, and are paying shipping. Anyone else have this happen?

I bought a 2 cavity from Midway a couple of months ago, cavitys were nasty, I called them and they sent a replacement right out. .. darn good service as far as I am concerned. The replacement was fine but I found something strange, one mould has blocks about 3/8" longer than the other ???????? Never saw this before, but then I don't have many duplicate moulds so I guess I wouldn't, seems like they would have a standard height for each mould though.

Most of my recent Lee molds cast bullets that are undersize in the mid section. Had to lap them out.

Never had a .429 that was accurate for me. My SBH likes around .432 better.
