some oil a dowell with a slit and a bit of crokus cloth.
roll it on your leg and try it.
go a bit more.
if still not sure i bet buckshot or lathesmith will open it for you.

Lee Precision offers to supply a sizing die of your choice for $25.00 and S&H.
I just got a .361 diameter die from them and it took about two weeks to get it.
You might try them

Go easy, I figure 5 minutes work to go from .308" to .310". I used 400 grit on all of mine, cuts decent and still leaves a good polish.

If no one else will do it i will bore it out for you. PM me. I'm no expert at it, but i have done a few of my own to match some grove diameters.
I use 400 grit sand paper then i use 600 and some oil to smooth it out. I'll do it for no extra charge, you pay shipping..

Yeah. I ordered a .278 push through sizer from them. It only took 8 months to get. And inbetween that time i bought a star and had a die for it made. plus i already have this one so i don't want to fork over another $30 to them.
