How does it mount to the sling stud?

pin goes through the sling swivel and adn a set screw tightened up keeps it tight . Works well.

Teh one I have has a double clip arrangement that you squeeze to open and put each side pins into the stud. then you have to tighten the screw at the front to put tension on the clipped in piece.

I seem to remember in the instructions for the bi-pod I had back in the `80`s to try test shooting enough groups using the bi-pod. This settled the cushioning material between it and the stock to take a memory of the stock contour. Just putting it on and attempting a 1 in 1000 shot will be a disappointment. Groups should also be shot with the bi-pod folded up to check for group movement due to the added weight. The bi-pod works well, just try test shooting with it from a target range first.Robert
