The following picks up where Hybrid bullet- pistol bullets-9mm thread left off. This will describe the making of 380 cases into 357 bullets.
1) Clean and size cases without depriming. Use neck expander to iron out any dents in the cases mouth.
2) I do not recommend six pointing these cases as they are thin at the mouth and it will result in a high rate of failure during forming and they really don't need it as they will expand readily as they are.
3) Lube cases.
4) Using the .223 seater die and a 243 or 284 Lee bullet sizer push rod push the cases, base first, into the seater die so that the bottom of the die contacts the shoulder of the rod. knock out.
5) Now, if you want the larger bullet front use the seater die to form the nose and if you want the smaller bullet front use the sizer die. Push the case mouth first into the die with a Lee 357 push rod until you get the opening size you want. knock out.
6) Size in the Lee 35 cal bullet push through die of your choosing.
7) Clean and fill with lead according to previous Hybrid posts.
