View Full Version : Gluelits
I received yet another request for information on gluelits this morning. I'm very surprised that the interest level in this is staying above 0.0 . I had a lot of fun with it and all the guys that got involved when it first started, but I thought sure it would be nothing more than a flash in the pan.
I figured nobody else would continue to mess with it which is why I quit posting on it. I still cast, load & shoot gluelits on a regular basis. It keeps me from going nuts and shooting myself.

............Quite sometime back I was in Harbor Freight and they had '45 Cal' glue sticks. The label on the bag said .450" Hot glue sticks. At home I checked with the calipers and while the sticks were not a wonder of uniformity, they all hovered just over .450" as the minimum. Fit perfectly in 45 Colt cases :-) Smply use a razor blade to section into half inch pieces, thumb into a primed case and wait for the neighbors' cat to stroll by on top of the wall!
