Lubesizer dies

I have a guy that has .40/10mm dies for a Lyman lubesizer, but no lubesizer
I have another guy that has a star lubesizer but no .40 dies.

My question is, Are they interchangeable?

How lucky can a guy get?! You win in either direction - get the Lyman dies, and then you have to buy a lube/sizer (eBay, $70), or get the Star lube/sizer and buy Star dies (Lathesmith, this forum). A win/win situation...
