Clean the cylinder on a 329PD?

Has anyone had any luck cleaning the powder burns on the titanium cylinder on the S&W 329PD?

No... and you really shouldn't try too hard, either.

S&W warns against any abrasive material as you will remove the thin and relatively
wear resistant coating on the titanium. Accept that this is a very special gun and you
cannot treat it like an ordinary steel or stainless steel one.

Mine has some dark black stains, they stay.
