Tom Ballard, over by Helena used to make them. Don't remember which town now, for sure. Jefferson City?
I haven't seen Tom in years, and don't even know if he is still alive. However, if you find one of his, you will have a VERY good mold.

I think that Steve Brooks makes an adjustable PP mold, and another is KAL Tool and Die.

Are you talking about like the old ideal molds that had the ejection pins? one round mold block? not two?

I make my own and they work quite well.

I suspect that a machinist wouldn't charge much to make one for you if you don't have a lathe.

I bore my cavities in 1 1/2" diameter round bar using a small lathe. The rest can be done with hand tools and a drill press if you have one ~ not necessary but nice.

Mine are much beefier but same principle.

Heathydee is also making pushout moulds but using square bar.
