I picked up a bolt stop assembly off another website to replace the incorrect one on my 1909 Argentine Carbine. The bolt stop housing looks correct, but the ejector doesn't look right. The bolt doesn't pull back all the way and hits the ejector.

I pull one off my K98 (left) and compared it to the '09 (right). There is an obvious difference. Any ideas? Does anyone have the correct ejector I can buy?

This is a bottom view...

The ejector on the right is for an 1891 Arg

I suspected so. It was advertised as an '09.

All the drawings I found online and in my Numrich catalog were blurred or generic images.

I'd take your K98k ejector and road test it in the 09 Argentine. Offhand I'd think any 98 ejector would fit and function as-is or at the least require very little alteration.

You are correct. My 98 ejector works perfect. I just need to pick another one up or alter the 91 ejector.

UG,

You'll need to get a 98 type ejector for flawless operation. The small ring Mauser ejector can be "made" to work, but sometimes they will cause intermittent problems and will ride against the bolt body. ANY 98 ejector should work perfectly if it hasn't been altered.
