I have a 5shot 2" snubnose, double action revolver.
the only markings on it are Model RG 31 by RG Inc, Miami FL and the brl is stamped 38spcl
you release the cylinder by unscrewing the cylinder pin
anybody ever heard of this type of gun?

Definitely a bottom end product. Keep the loads light.

Is this the one with the steel liner for the rifled barrel? Definitely low end. I received one once and I think I sold it for $50...and was happy to get it.

Rhom-Gorgh or something like that, west Germany I think. Importer litigated out of business in 86.

I have an alum frame 22lr/22mag Rhom High Noon single action . . . I have run over 10,000 rounds through it, certianly is not top of the class! It was imported to FL, from Germany, don't see many of them, hope you didn't pay too much for it.
I've actually seen people shot with one of those. You don't have any worse luck that that since a lot of the time they don't go off. They sold for $39.95 when they came out and were worth less.
