On going discussion in the GB section about this boolit and I posted this question there as well, but willing to accept all input. Anyone familiar/ knowledgeable if this bullet will stabilize in a standard production Rem 03A3 4 groove USGI barrel. Barrel is near new and in mint condition. Just looking to make 30 cal holes in paper with a muzzle velocity around 1700 fps - actually any moderate velocity which will stabilize it out to and beyond 100 yds, rare ocassion 200 yds (mostly too lazy to walk that far)
