After stopping at every tire shop within 50 miles of me I finally found a guy that will let me have (buy) his old ones. Right now he has 3 buckets for me. He also has another shop I can get them from.
Considering how hard it was to find these I'd say $20.00 a bucket isn't a bad deal.

I just got back with the goods. 310lbs of weights fpr $40.00. Went through some of it. A little trash but I didn't see any zink weights. Thats less than $.08 a pound for raw material.
If I net 200lbs out of it I'll be very happy. Thats less than a penny a boolit for my 45.

great job! Fortunately i work/live in an area that is heavily into the car culture so tire shops are a dime a dozen and i've found a few that will deal with me. It's always a hunt through isn't it....
