When I have worked up loads using 55 grain bullets I ended up with the max load for the selected powder. I use mostly Accurate 2230 in the .223 worked up to a max load for a 55 grain SP of 25.0 grains as listed on the Accurate web site.
http://www.accuratepowder.com/data/PerCaliber2Guide/Rifle/Standarddata(Rifle)/22Cal(5.56mm)/223%20Remington%20pages%20185%20to%20187.pdf

This is for a 5.56 chambered AR15 so you might not make it up to the max load for .223 Rem if that is what your are loading these for. I have also used Winchester 748 in the past, but finding that over the last couple of years has been a little hard.

I notice that yours are closer to 60 grains, so you should use the starting load for 60 grain bullets and work up from there.

Most comments about bullets made from rimfire cases state that they shoot better at around 3000 fps, some go up to 3200 fps. I have shot them up to 3500 fps in a 22-250 with no problems though. However they are more accurate when slower for me. Start slow and work up to see what shoots best for you. I have had decent sucess using 55 gr rimfire jacketed bullets with 25 gr of H4895, 24 gr of Benchmark, and 23 gr of H322. The H322 was the most accurate for me. Around an inch at 100 yds is average for me with these bullets out of my Winchest M70 varmint. It shoots almost 1 hole if I use J4 jackets for comparison.

24 to 25 gr. RE-15 works well in a 1:9 twist for my 56 gr. in an AR

In my 1-9 savage I load 26.0 gr IMR 4895 3100 fps 3/4" @ 100yrds
