German Stop Ring Bullets

Own a beautiful schuetzen 8.15x46r rifle and being a nubi to the casting game would like to know if this bullet is loaded "as cast" or sized in some way as it has the raised stop ring? When my brother was shooting it he used winchester 32-165 and 13 grains of 4227. Thanks for any help you can give me.:castmine:
