Got 40lbs of pewter today

I went to the swap meet with my wife today and picked up 40 lbs of pewter for 25 bucks, mostly old teas sets and a couple big animal candle holders.
Now to melt it all down and make some 20-1 and 16-1 with all the soft lead I have.
Will be buying some lead in a year or two now that we cant get lead WW in Kalifornia.

Nice find, that will go quite a way if you use 20-1.....

Some one posted here on about that tea set, was worth over $300 on e bay ? Might want to hold off on melting it untill you check it out.
