View Full Version : Acceptable Boolit mould for .357 SIG ?

I understand that the .357 SIG needs a boolit with enough driving band height to allow the small neck area to grip the boolit tightly and prevent setback issues. I assume this will eliminate any round nose boolits. I am probably going to try and stay in the 125 gr range if at all possibe. These are for paper cutting only. Any favorite load info on said moulds will be handy also including C.O.L.

I use a Saeco 122grFP sized to 0.356" over 7gr of Unique or 7.1gr of WSF @ 1.35" for 1200fps+. I also have a the RCBS 147grFP that is HP by Erik & it runs about 135gr. Pretty accurate @ 1200fps also.
