Hmm. Synthetics aren't my cup of tea but otherwise looks like a nice semi-auto US collection. You should cast out of them?

I like most all guns. The Garands in wood and steel look good, feel good and shoot darn good. One of these is a "42" SA with original barrel, bolt, lock bar sights and most internals. came from CMP long ago like this. Other is post Korea H&R that is a real beautwith a less than 2 throat and perfect muzzle. Very little wear anywhere and shoots like it too! M1A in wood is a new "2008" SA in their "NM" configuration. Very nice shooter. M1A in synthetic USGI stock is Polytech M14S that has been done over by Warbird. with TRW bolt, GI gas system smith Enterprise "Vortex" flash suppressor and scope mount and "NM" trigger, spring guide. I kept the chrome bore chinese barrel as I wanted tough for working gun if ever needed. It is also bedded into a "NM" Boyds monster walnut stock for competition type shooting. This last year seen CMI the military supplier of M14 magazines running a bunch of them off and they could be purchased very reasonably so I stocked up on these. Better than money in the bank. The AR is something I put together from parts and is nothing special. Plastic guns have their place with me and I do like this one and it will shoot 69gr FMJ pretty darn well and shoots cast as well as I can hold it. I havent near the experience as some here in shooting cast in gas guns but following others advice and using good common sense loading I have had no leading or gas system fouling in any of these. The Colt 1911 you can do no wrong with. Load something and it will shoot it. The SA 1911 has a tight chamber and can be finicky with some brass. The more I shoot it the better it gets. All my other Mil types are bolt action.
