Can I use AA#5 in 30/30 plinker

Right now I am loading plinkers using 8.5gr of Unique
behind a 150gr gc ww cast
Found a 1lb bottle of AA#5 while re-arranging
my reloading room, I don't load any pistol calibers anymore.

I don't see any reason why you can't. It is a little slower than Unique so you will need a mite more to get the same performance.
