Hello everone, I'm new here and have a question. What about Molly Lube? Is it good? Is it bad? Does it work? will it harm your gun? I want to know the whole story. thanks

My experience in a nutshell -
It's messy.
It dries out & shrinks if you leave lubed boolits sitting out in open air.
It flows well in a lubrisizer with no heater at normal room temperature.
I've gone over 3,000fps with no leading using a gas checked boolit & Lyman Super Moly lube.
Accuracy was much better below 2500fps.

After shooting moly lube, everything else seems to shoot a little better. The moly leaves a coating in the barrel. When I clean a gun after shooting moly, I just clean until the patches come out light gray. I intentionally leave a slight trace of it still in there. I've had no problems.

Welcome to the board. Always good to have new blood.

Ask Molly, he is a member here. (A pretty good guy too). Seriously, I think you might be missing things in search as the lube is Moly with a single L so try that too.
