Source for 1000 Yard Targets ???

Our sophistication has grown to the point where we need some 600 yard and 1000 yard PAPER targets. (MR1 and LR)

I have found numerous sources for repair centers, but cannot find the actual targets on-line. Either my search karma has gone to the dogs, or mere mortals cannot acquire the 6x6 foot primary targets.

I know they're made, as the big boys have a bunch in the shed behind the bunker. But, those are not available to me. So, I'm trying to buy a some on my own.

Check with Midway. If they don't have them, might just go straight to National Target and see if they'll eell you some direct, or at least they may point you to the appropriate retailer.

since you're postin' your question on the blackpowder page i'm assuming you want the scheutzen type 1000 yd targets? if so try steve garbe at www.blackpowderspg.com or buffalo arms. one or both should be able to help you out. good luck and good shootin' friend, bubba.

You might try calling Champions Choice or Champion Shooters Supply,I know that one of them did carry LR targets ,don't know if they still do

That was somewhat tongue in cheek, my post that is. Amazes the hell out of me so many internet x purts, posting on subjects they do not know diddly about. Even our 100 rod Bench rest matches are string measure and they are special made and sure are not Schuetzen Targets.

Check on Cheaperthandirt.com I seem to remember they had these long range targets, and you didn`t need to buy a large quantity.Robert
