I have a snazzy six-banger 265gr WFNGC mold coming, and need some load data with my available powders. I see in Hodgdon's data there is a load for Titegroup. Will ~1000fps with a 265gr slug cast fairly soft do the trick on white tail and black bear? I also have Unique and 2400, and would like a full house load for 2400, or at least somewhere to start.

Can't help you much but maybe other people could help you more if they knew what type of gun you plan on using.

Good morning
For Full horsepower get some ACC 1680. I just got done shooting a bunch of GC 265 grainers in 41 Mag & 414 SM and 2400 is NOT what I would use.
For whitail you do NOT need a 265 unless you are in the habit of shooting at a bouncing whitetail. But a 265 at 1000 fps is going to go all the way through most any white tail from any side shot unless you hit the far shoulder.
Bear... I want all the power I can have. so I would want 1200fps+. You do not mention your weapon BUT a long cylinder (Dan Wesson) gives more powder room. Short Ruger Cylinders restrict seating a bullet farther out. S W is a little better But powder space is very important with longer boolits.
That is one reason I made a 414 SM using my 375SM frame. I have all the powder room I need to get a 265 grain or heavier bullet moving along just fine.
I can see a lever action 414 SM in the future.

Good morning! I only use H110 in my blackhawk and FA. With my 265 LBT Keith style I use 18.0 grn. for plinking and 20 for hunting
Hodgdon list 19.5 (1410fps) starting and 20.8 (1540fps) max in H110. I have tried many powders and H110 has been the best I have found. For white tail I would keep the boolit just hard enough to prevent leading. That boolit at 1400 to 1500 placed properly will stop anything you want to shoot!! Too many people under-value the 41. Good luck!

I'm curious why you wouldn't use 2400?
