So I got this barrel off of e-bay. Dang It.I screwed onto an old 98 to make a fair Wehrmansgewehr, Except it has a good Lyman target sight. Cases from Huntington. Dies from Hornaday. head space is fine. It even shoots 32 Cal. boollets sized down to .321 pertty dang good .....Now It slugs .317 to the grove Dia. and I'm sure it would like .318 or .319 Dia. Boolets much better. Seems like I don't get in this unless I need help, and I need help, advize, or just plain encouragement....Where can I get a Mold that will give me .319 or there abouts , with a gass check? Then I need a smaller sizing Die? Want to shoot 'em at rams at 200 Yds. Mabey at 2000 ft/sec.I just aint smart enough to find any!!!!!! If its a custom build job who can I get to do it for me??

The 323470 (gas check) or 319247 (PB) will size down easily in a pushthru die, use 32/8mm gas checks for the 323470. Buckshot (PM him) can make you a push thru or regular sizing die at any size in that range you want for a very reasonable fee.

Try asking on the American Single Single Shot Association site and the Cast Bullet Association site. Both sites have a considerable number that shoot Schutzen and have experience with that cartridge.

Boolits are no problem. Cal .32 and 8 mm cast boolits run .321" to .325" as cast depending on design, alloy, and temperature. Any can be sized down to .318" or .319" without harm. I frequently size boolits that cast .315" to .310", or even .309" with good accuracy. Fear of excess sizing is one of the great myths in the world of cast boolits.

I have a couple of gallon jugs of these,not needing them so if you do I will take $50.00 each for them.
The problem is,I have sold the sizing die and no gas checks are on ANY of them,so keep this in mind.
