My sample measures .0015" thick, which is pretty thin, I wrapped one wet and it did not go too bad, the paper did not stick to itself super good when it was dry, but they will send you a 4" thick "pad" of this paper for FREE :-).

No affiliation with them at all other than buying from them now and then.

I have accidentally hit the "request catalog" button oh 6-8 times and that many showed up within a few days.

I always thought that catalog paper had a lot of sizing in it to keep the ink from blurring. Maybe thats why it won't stick to its self too good

Yoy might try rolling a flexible plastic ruler over the wet patched boolit on a smooth surface. You must roll it in the same direction as the wrapping process or it will loosen the wrap. Don't over do it as this also tightens the wrap and can cause the end to overlap.

How much recycled material does it contain? clay? is the ink acidic?
