How many can I get!

I know this is a silly question but does any one know about how many rounds of 223 I can get out of 1lb of powder. or how many grs go into 1 ounce.

Um, general charge of powder for 223 rem is a max of 26 and usually in the range of 24 or 25... 7000 gr in a pound, divided by a nominal 25 gr = 280 rounds per pound. There are 437.5 gr in an ounce.. It'll vary by about 20-40 rounds depending on powder charge..
