Change from optic to iron, Marlin 336

When I change from optical sights to receiver sights on the Marlin 336 in both 35 and 30 calibers, what new front sight height am I likely to need to sight in at 100 yards and still have a bit more elevation left in the receiver sight?

I intend to come close to or exceed factory j-bullet speed in the 35, and nearly so in the 30-30, 210 and 185 grain boolits respectively.

I use the factory sight on both of mine, and it worked. (35 Remington And 30/30)

I bought a .500 height front sight when using a Lyman sight on my '50ish 336 in .35 Remington.
