What are they?

These were found in the extra bushings of my newly acquired Pacific DL-105 shotshell press.

I am thinking they are maybe Lee depriming bases? What are they?

I think you're correct. Look to me like depriming bases for the old "hammer-style" Lee loader.

Yep, thats what they are. I still use that method for depriming fired cases.

Made up a plastic container from a plastic pipe connector "4" if I remember right" with a wooded slip fit lid counter boarded to fit the above shown bases. Spent primers fall down into the coupler which has a bottom of course.
