Yesterday a shooting friend comes down for a visit, he stumbled on a good deal on some 7.62x39 brass and decided to pass along the good fortune to me in a trade. All this here.

for 2 boxes of Federal 550 round 22LR ammo, and 1 dollar. It's all primed clean brass, except for 100 rounds of JHP and JSP ammo. It's mostly IMI brass, with about 100 pcs of winchester.

Unless you REALLY trust him, for the sake of safety, please do your self a favor and pull all the loaded ammo and reload it yourself to be sure you have proper loads.

Ha!!! Ray says, "You should have thrown in a beer as well." Now for the rest of the story. I have it on good authority that he actually tried to poison the man he got this from with this really nasty tasting stuff called Famous Grouse and another one that that was a single malt scotch of some sort. Nasty, nasty stuff. Fortunately there was a beer to wash the taste out of his mouth.

At the very least you should have offered some good bourbon (like Henry McKenna) to toast the trade

I believe that Grouse is the best selling whiskey in Scotland. At least, that's what I was told, back when I was a bartender.

This coming from a guy who drinks Taylor wine!
