convertable flinter

while i'm on a pic run, here is a convertable rifle, pistol flinter.
50 cal, 21 inch barrel. alumium receiver. mossburg stock, and pistol
grip as they are the simplist to make. LOP is 12.5 inches and a single set triger.

the stock screw is right at the butt plate so just a few seconds to remove the stock.

the reason for the long barrel is it's still over 26 inches oal so it don't have to be registered as a pistol.

Could you explain your lockwork...I have had my face nosed into the screen for a few minutes now and I am still puzzled. I do not see a flint.

LOL that is my misch metal(SP?) flinter. i rob the misch metal from the magnesium
fire starter. i cut them into 4 pieces. each piece is good for 400 shots. i cut a new simmons rat tail file(brand new one) and then aneal the pieces, drill a 3/16 hole
and the reharden. no missfires with these . i believe i posted a link to a 2 second vedio on this type of lock. if u can save the vidio and play it frame by frame and u will see what i mean. as soon as the hammer moves one degree it sparks and the boolit
is on it's way befor the hammer hits bottom.

thats cool.did you make the lock?i have a *** traditions that needs a new frizzen and pan,or a new lock that cost more than the whole gun.tell us more.
