It is my feverent prayer Uberti will make replica 3rd model HE S&W

In the past I've spread the rumor that Uberti will one day make the great old S&W HE replica revovlers in .44 special and .45 Colt, and in the original type bluing they were noted for.

Not only the 3rd model, but the TL (triple lock) and 2nd model or 1917 type to 1937 Brazilian.

They should also have the great wood stocks as well with proper emblems and checkering where noted.

Now, THAT would be cool! Goodness knows the S&W K-frames have their share of off-shore imitators. Why not have Uberti re-make some of the N-frame classics that S&W is too busy to continue producing, given the company's fixation on niche marketing and high-recoil thumb breakers. Hell, just an N-frame in BLUE STEEL would be a novelty.

If I might disturb your reverie......could we add a Model 58 to the list of re-makes?
