Uberti 1876 50-95

I read the article in "Guns and Ammo" about the Uberti 1876 in 50-95 . And since I have always been intrested in the 50 cals it was no small shock that this one has me more then slightly intrested !

Anyone here have experience with the Uberti 1876's ?

Not intrested in the Chaperral's just the Uberti's and only in the 1876 model preferrably in 50-95 !

I have not had any experience with the Uberti 76 but have experience with both a 73 and an 1860 Henry. Both those rifles were good shooters and smooth in operation. I see no reason why the 76 would be any less reliable.

I "was" intrested in a 50-95 !

However I just picked up a Ruger #1B NIB in 338 WIN MAG and have a deal going for a LNIB Ruger #1H in 458 WIN MAG !

So that pretty much killed my play money !
