Hornsurgeon,
You should be able to use .358 Winchester cast data. The 9.3x57 has similar case capacity and the larger diameter bullet (.366 vs .358) will cause pressures to be a little lower. I shoot a 9x57 Mauser. I am using the 358009 lyman bullet that weighs 291gr with GC and lube. I am using 42.0 gr AA4064 for 1800-1900fps with no leading. My Wilson barrel has never had a jacketed round thru it. You may have to remove all of the copper/guilding metal fouling from your barrel before you try lead boolits. Copper/gm fouling can agravate leading. Don't pass up the lower pressure loads using pistol powders like Unique, Green Dot, Red Dot etc.
Not many moulds out there for the 9.3, but the group buy seems like the way to go. My experience with the 9x57 suggests that a longer bore riding section is desirable. Also, a longer lubed section gives the rifling good purchase on the bullet.
Just checking in some of the manuals suggests that a starting point for AA5744 would be about 25.0gr. This should be mild enough to cause no problems and one can raise the charge to at least 30.0 gr or more. As with all of the loading of cartridges with limited loading data...proceed with caution. I would guess that the rifle that you are loading for is a Mauser of some persuasion....these are strong actions and loads can be upped accordingly.
Hope this helps,

Handloader #125 January-February 1987 - Volume 22, Number 1, has an article on the 9.3x57 Mauser.

It seems to include jacketed bullets only, but you may find it interesting to see what Dieter Sturm had to say about your new toy.

I have a Husquvarna 98 in 9.3x62. 9.3x62AL gave me some 270 gr boolits to try and I used 35 gr of imr 4895. I wouldn't hesitate to use this load on big game. It is definately minute of mule deer and I am guessing the velocity to be somewhere around 1800 fps.
