.41 Swiss neck size only

Anyone have a suggestion for a neck size die for the .41 Swiss.
I'm currently using a .44MAG full length die.
Just run it down to the shoulder.
Works good, but I want to size the neck smaller.

44-40? I think they spec a .427-.428" boolit.
