How do you get it started

A Boolit, into the sizing die? I am sizing some 375-250's, they are long suckers. How do you make sure the Boolit is started into the sizing die correctly, not tipped at an angle? Some finished boolits have more nose sizing on one side than the other, that can't be good for accuracy.

Are you using the correct top punch? Are you sizing more than a few thousandths? If you are using the correct top punch and not overly trying to size down I have found that instead of tightening the set screw on the top punch just put a dab of lube on the shaft to hold it and that will allow it to self center. Just something to try.

It sure would help if the opening in a sizer was a half inch longer.
