I've been on their web page fooling with the bullet design part.

When they get moved and settled in we may have to do buisness.

I've read on here that some of you have their molds . What do you normally get them made from aluminum , brass or iron ?

Also how do they look as compared to a Saeco ?

I have brass, his older iron moulds and Aluminum.
I generally get the aluminum because I cast large caliber bullets. and the aluminum cools a little faster IMO.He makes very good moulds
I dont know about Saeco.

6pt,

The type of mold material can directly affect your castability, required casting temperature, and casting rate or speed.

I like aluminum molds for bullets larger than 350 grains. I like brass for bullets from 200-350 grains. I like steel for everything 30 caliber and below.

Dan produces very good moulds. I have 3, two brass and one iron. The brass are my favorite moulds, They cast great and you do not have to worry about the cavities getting rusted.
