... the RCBS 82090 - .378-312 BPS. I'm particularly interested in H-335 loads as I have 6 or 7 pounds of it. I will not be using black powder... at least not for now.

If you have this mold, what loads have shot best for you? I'll be using it in a Winchester HiWall. All thoughts and information appreciated.

Not much help, but...

From: The Fouling Shot, #31, Success with the .375 Winchester
Lyman 375449 (264 gr) - 36.5 - H335

The above load is also in The Fouling Shot, #33. Hodgdon's H-335 Powder with Cast Bullets where it is noted that load density is 100% and MV is 1950 fps from a Savage Model 99

Handloader #210, April 2001 Cast Bullets in the .38-55 Browning High Wall has a large load table for 248 - 338 gr bullets, but the author used Reloder 7, SR4759, IMR4198, and IMR4895.

The loading manuals I have all stop at 255-gr bullets, and Hodgdon and Lee are the only ones that show data for H335 in the .38-55. I would think that a BPCR Silhouette webpage might have the data you want.

BerdanIII, thank you for the H-335 load. Did the article say that a mag primer was used with the H-335? I'll give it a try the next time I load cartridges.

I've just finished loading a few cartridges with 15.3 grains of IMR-4759; some with 16.0 grains of AA-1680 and some with 2.5 grains of WW-231 plus 32.0 grains of WC-860. All have the RCBS 312 grain bullet on top that actually weighs 319 grains and sized to .377".

Update: I loaded a few more with 35.0 grains of H-335 and a Winchester mag primer. I hope to get to the range tomorrow and give the new rifle a try. :)
