311410 in a 300 Whisper?

Has anyone tried this bullet in a 300 Whisper? I'm just looking for a cheap blasting load for my AR-15.

I was thinking about 14 grains of 2400 or 15-16 grains of W296.

14.0 gr of H-110 or 296 should be sufficent to cycle the action. When I had mine, I did not notice much variance in the ammount of powder required to get the action to cycle when switching bullet weights.
