Geez, a whole lot of bad news about Lancaster Arms. Never heard of them before this.

The link to AR15.com is devastating. Heck with 'em. Go to JG Sales. There are lots of vendors for AK's no need to deal with crooks.

IF you paid by credit card and they've charged it already, contact your card company and file a dispute to the charge. You can do this within 60 days of the charge. Follow your verbal dispute with a written letter explaining your dispute in specific details including your attempts to resolve the issue with LA. The credit card company will give LA the opportunity to answer but if their story isn't a good one, you should have the charged amount refunded as a credit against your card.

IF you paid by debit card, you're out of luck.

Yeah, ive already filed a dispute. But the thing is, none of us should have done that or been treated like trash.

You're right but it happens.
Not all folks are on the level. They have an impressive website though.

When I had my fulltime jewelry business, customer service was VERY important.
Bad news travels fast. If you do someone a good turn, they may tell three or four people. Shaft someone, and they tell dozens.

Postings here and at http://www.ar15.com/ will do these folks NO GOOD!!

I agree 100% and I sure hope your credit card company sets things right.

Your experience will likely cost LA more than they realize as people will not only go elsewhere but refuse to buy their guns from stocking dealers. Customer service is important and companies that forget the customer after the sale - or even during the sale - will pay for it sooner or later. Serves them right IMO.
