Yes. The RCBS and Lyman top punches are interchangeable, and the sizing dies are too.

My 2 are not the same. The Lyman is a bit deeper, the RCBS is for a more "round" nose. Probably meant for the same boolits, but mine are a bit different. As 376Steyr said, the punches and dies are interchangeable as far as fitting in the presses.
