Rifled to smooth bore?

Who can I send a barrel to and have it bored out to say .62 caliber smooth bore.

Though I haven't used his services yet, I've heard good things (but be prepared to wait a bit) about Ed Rayl, P.O. Box 91, Gassaway, WV 26624, phone 304-364-8269. I've got a couple of smoothbore barrels I plan to send to him for rifling.

What type of rifle are you planning to have bored to smooth? If it's something that will take a Green Mountain IBS drop-in barrel you can probably find a .62 smoothbore.
