Hornady's Cam-Lock trimmer is Junk

I recieved this morning from UPS a Hornady Cam-Lock case trimmer.
Took it out to my reloading room, looked it over and got a case out
of the junk brass bucket to test my new case trimmer.

Took the locking piece off the shaft and put in a shell holder.
When I tried to screw the locking piece it would not go on.

I next tried to put the shell holder on without the cam-lock, no go.

I measured the pilot that the shell holder it to slid onto. It came out
.290". Then I measured the hole inside the shell holder it measured .260"
Measured other shell holders and they are all the same size .260".

What do I do now?

Your not using Hornady shell holders are ya?

Call Hornady's 800 line listed on their website and dial 3 for technical support. They'll take care of you.

I'm not using Hornady shell holders and will not get them if that is the case.
I'll have the shaft turned down first.
