I love it. I'd like to have one like it but with an 1851 grip frame.

I don't know if the Italians are making that sort of revolver yet, or what they would call it, but the grip frames are somewhat interchangable among the belt model revolvers. I have swapped out the grip frame on my Model P for an 1860 grip frame. (What is now called an Alchemista by one firm.) So all you need are a good hacksaw, some parts and a screwdriver.

It may not be quite that simple but it is doable.
