Bullet dia. with GC.

I have been sizing my plain base cast bullets .430" and now I plan on getting a mold that will cast bullets for gas checks. Should I still size the GC'd bullets the same .430" or should I size them .429" same a as jacketed factory bullet size. Caliber is 44mag. Bullet will be used in an Encore 12"brl and a DW revolver. I will be using a FreechexII for making GC's that I just purchased.

I use .431" but you should use the same sizer as with PB, or .430". I too have a Freechex .44 Caliber tool--works best using .014" aluminum flashing---if I use thinner stock the gas checks come off in the sizer/lube die.
