I am trying to find a mold like the 350 gr Laser-cast, but with a gas check base. I would like to have a two or four cavity mold in 457 dia. Any help would be great, thanks....:killingpc

This may not be much help but, RCBS makes a gc 300 grain mold and their 325 universal comes out to 340 grains with WW in my mold but it is not a gc design. If funds are not a problem you could try mountainmolds.com and design your own.

There are some NIGHT OWL ENTERPRISES clones of the RANCH DOG moulds in the group buy section. They may or may not be closed.

I've used the RCBS 300 grain gas check for years, but got a 350 grain plain base last summer off a group buy over-run.

Sometime back RANCHDOG run a group buy for a TLC460-350 RNGC mold of which I did buy one of these molds in a 2 cavity, for 31.00 including shipping. I would like to find another mold the same as the first. Anyone that has any info for this mold, would you please contact me. Thanks:killingpc[smilie=b:

The group buy is still open HERE. (http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?p=701104#post701104) You can mix GC and plain base in the same mold and lots of other options as well.

I've used the Saeco #017 350 in both 45-70 and 454 Casull.

leadeye;
I tried the Saeco #17 350, but I didn't like at as well. The nose was a little small. I want the wide meplat like the Ranchdog mould or Laser-cast 45-70 350gr, but I want to be a GC design. I would like to know who makes that particular mould for Laser-cast.
