Here is my Idea!

Lets build one and Ill put it on U tubes and we can all get rich!

Gun Builders want to make a Prototype?

The worlds first Primerless Muzzleoader Rifle. (Design can be slightly modified to make a fully automatic repeating rifle.


Insted of a Lock & Hammer and Primer. Just take a Diesil Glow Plug and screw it into a solid billit Breach/Barrel.

The Catridge will be made from nitrocellulose with a frangable base that will be punctured by the Glow Plug. The cartridge will enclose a pre lubracated Conical seated over a powder charge. The entire cartridge goes up in smoke when fired leaving a clear chamber for the next round.

Anyone up to giving it a try?

Been done in every flavor.
I built one 30 years ago using the glow plug from a model airplane.
Built one using exo wire
Built one using a flash bulb
Built one using a spark plug but it didn't work worth a darn.

Various methods have been tried; a few successful, most a waste of time and resources. Success in a gun application will be rated according to locktime.

CVA electra is a spark ignited gun. It is used now. Some states won't allow it for hunting though.
