tell me if I am wrong
even if I seat the gas check a bit crooked
upon shooting this round in the rifle wont the pressure seat the gas check squarely even before the bullet leave the case
if yes why the big fuss about seating gas check squarely?

It doesn't usually work that way. The gas check is usually crooked because a lead shaving or other obstruction is preventing square seating. Firing will not square it up. If the check is crooked due to looseness only, it may square up in firing.
